Thank you for purchasing from Romantic Stories Hub. We sell downloadable digital products (PDF storybooks). Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Refund on Digital Downloads

All our products are delivered digitally. As such, all sales are final. Once a product is purchased and the download link is provided, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.

> This policy is in place because digital items cannot be “returned” like physical goods once accessed or downloaded.

2. Exceptions – Damaged or Inaccessible Files

If you are unable to access your purchased file, or the file is corrupted, please contact us at 📧 hi@romanticstorieshub.com within 7 days of purchase.
We will verify the issue and provide you with a valid replacement link at no extra cost.

3. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally made a duplicate payment for the same product, contact us within 24 hours with proof of transaction. Once verified, we will refund the duplicate amount.

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback through PayPal or your bank without contacting us first may result in suspension of your access to future purchases. Please allow us the chance to resolve any issue directly.
